About Us

Our story began when I, a skinny, long-haired, messy Brit stumbled into a school on the other side of the world in 2014. I’d like to say there were instant sparks, but you can ask Anna what she thought when she first saw me for yourself. But from there it grew into a playful friendship and something more serious. For over a year we stole away early morning walks, meals (lots of dim-sum, yum) and partook in a range of activities (somewhat secretly), dating like those in times of old. Then in May 2015, it became official and we embarked upon the adventure of meeting families (ooft, that was not pleasant) and spending almost all our time together. The road since then saw us move several times across apartments, cities and countries and has landed us in Switzerland. And now with the restrictions of Covid squarely in our rearview mirror, we can finally celebrate the love we’ve shared with the things that embody our relationship, travelling, food and excellent times!
